We can read it everywhere on Reddit: guys dumping their girlfriends, fiancees and wives because they think differently about her after learning her n-count, or worse, after learning that she has been sexually abused in her past.

Yes, in a perfect world we should be able to share our insecurities, trauma or n-count with our SO. We unfortunately do not live in such a world and should always be very careful and selective with the information we share.
