Ever had a date planned in advance and the forecast and sky is screaming rain? A good way to tell someone is going to be a high value person and plans and provides is someone who sees all these signs and brings an umbrella.

I have been on 3 dates now where lack of umbrellas on their part was an early enough red flag that they don’t plan much on anything in advance.

One even had the audacity to “make plans” for lunch, slept the morning away and looked like it, arrived uber in the rain with no umbrella so I had to share mine, and then wanted me to decide where to eat when they were supposed to have something planned.

The only date I went on where the person had an umbrella, they had planned the date properly, paid for meals- generally well rounded and down to earth person who knew what they wanted.

So overall, rain and umbrellas can really tell a lot about how someone plans and prepares not on just the small things but the big things as well
