The first episode of a three part documentary series called 'See What You Made Me Do', about domestic violence in Australia, aired on Wednesday here. I would heavily recommend every woman watch it. It was shocking, fascinating and very, very informative. The bravery of the women who talk about their experiences is moving. The first episode focusses on how abuse creeps up on you without you realising, how it controls how you think so it's difficult to escape, and how abuse often doesn't look like bruises.

"Women are always warned about walking home at night. But the most dangerous place for a woman is inside her home".

It can be watched on sbs on demand, you may need to use a VPN. The next two eps air in the next two weeks.

It's confronting, I cried a few times. But I wish every woman could watch it. If you have seen it, I would love to hear your thoughts.
