A few months ago my early 20's stepsister suffered a stroke. She was hospitalised for over a week and her boyfriend stayed with her and slept on the extra bed the hospital provided with like an inch mattress every night.

And just recently when we were at a restaurant they forgot her drink. The whole other company had gotten theirs, so he promptly went to the bar and order again.

I'm actually very happy for her and the fact that she met him. Her ex was a NVM, or perhaps better said a No value boy. Cheated on her and put it on his snapchat story. Absolutely no plan for the future, study nor work wise.
