It's because of all that shame. Majority of them know that they are not deserving of their "achievements". So when an intelligent woman speaks, he's threatened. He regularly watches rape porn and his mind is corrupted. He knows he has an addiction.
And for the others, they literally seek women to abuse, violate, and assault. People like that don't love themselves.

Just the porn watching alone would make me hate myself. I have watched it before and I felt disgusted with myself afterwards. This was back when internet porn was still semi normal content wise and regular anal was considered hardcore. I was never a regular user (only used it a few times a year) but now I don’t even bother.
I can’t imagine how much I would hate myself if I watched porn once a week or everyday. And since most men watch porn at least once a week... lol they must be so disgusted with themselves all the time.

Why don’t they just once TRY to actually change? True. And also NPD is a personality disorder (PD) so unlike mental illnesses it is very resistant to therapy and/or meds. As far as I learned.
