Love this!
I used to always be the initiator with friends even, and guys I hadn’t heard from. Now I just sit back and let everyone do the work. Well of course, female friends it’s a back and forth, but if I have found myself putting more into the friendship relationship, then I pull back even with them. It’s amazing how many people actually reach out when you stop.
