I believe that “hitting the wall” only exists for women who let it happen. Get your shit together, get in shape, invest in yourself, hold yourself in high regard, and don’t let yourself go. Beauty in youth is easy, beauty with age is earned. Don’t give greasy, basement dwelling scroates any ammunition against you, preserving yourself proves their arguments wrong.

I worked with an overweight and homely looking older woman. But she was a firecracker at online dating. She was beating younger men off with a stick. One leaving while another one was on his way. I miss her stories. I'm personally uninterested in juggling men, but I love hearing about it.

Women can look good at any age. This lady said she started her health and fitness journey right when she was supposed to be hitting “the wall” lmao now look at her!!!

There’s tons of old ladies in my yoga classes that still look great. Every time I’m at the gym I see lots of fit looking older people and the more you work out its less likely you’ll get wrinkles and stuff. I exercise almost everyday and have for most of my life. I don’t see myself suddenly gaining 50 pounds out of nowhere and becoming unfuckable. Taking care of yourself is not some obscure science that women are too stupid to grasp.
