if you are on OLD put it in your profile. Otherwise I'd say after you guys have the conversation about what you are both looking for. 1st is too soon/presumptuous because that date is all about figuring out if you even like each other in the 1st place. But any later and its just time wasting to date someone who is fundamentally I compatible.

Right away. I say it up front to weed out the ones who aren't compatible with me.

Right off the bat. Scare off the scrotes who don't want to start a family.

Edit: Misread your post. In that case, I'm not sure. I think stating you don't want kids may attract LVM. So I wouldn't put it on your OLD, but I do think you should mention it on dates relatively early on.
