Patriarchy is a system where small group of men benefit from opressing the whole rest of society. There are men who are more responsible for it then you are. There are women who are more responsible then you are.

That's a much softer, fluffier version of Patriarchy. Unfortunately it's completely contradicted by the vast numerical majority of individuals proclaiming themselves feminists.

Go to any Catholic church on a Sunday and for sure there's a bunch of people in there who are OK with abortion. Maybe even the priest. But if you use those individuals to promote the argument that Catholicism is OK with abortion, you're simply lying.

Likewise, this person is lying by implying that Patriarchy, as conceived by the greater number of people who believe the concept is valid, absolutely does mean that to be born male is to have a share in the supposed collective guilt for the imagined crimes of an imagined entity.

The problem with the libbers is that they insist upon adherence to feminism, but lie to their followers about how feminists interpret their own dogma.

It's not acceptable to have a softer, gentler version of a movement's ideology if you fail to oppose and loudly, publicly condemn the crueller, stupider ideology.

An example from the 20th century is Democratic Socialism versus Communism, a dynamic that was present in most nations, although the Democratic Socialist movement failed in America.

The Democratic Socialists took the ideology of Marx as their basis, but systematically softened the Moscow version to make it a hybrid of Leninism and the principles of multi-party democracy.

But by doing this, they deliberately burned their bridges with the Communist movement. The Communists became their opponents. They contested elections against the Communists, and the voters usually rewarded them with greater support than Communist parties received.

By altering Communist ideology, they left behind any idea of being a part of the Communist movement. This dynamic is still in action in places like Greece where Communists refuse to work with Democratic Socialists. Right now Greece has a conservative government because the Communist party refuses to work with the Democratic Socialists. They may hate Capitalism, but they prefer to let a Capitalist run their country rather than the "wrong" kind of Socialist.

The libbers cannot be taken seriously unless they pick a position: are they subordinate to the feminist movement or independent from it.

When the ordinary feminist activist declares that all men bear guilt for the decisions of the elite in a way that women do not, are libbers going to meekly repeat that party line? Or will they present a different, softer, less psychotic notion of Patriarchy, and condemn, denounce and repudiate the feminist activist party line?

At the moment, they seem to want to present a different party line while pretending that it's compatible with the feminist movement they subordinate themselves to.
