It's okay to be a man. Being a man is not a crime. In fact, the world is a better place with you in it.

Reposted from MensRights, so you might have seen this already.

I find it not surprising that this is true. We know that psychology affects physical health.

And in the absence of romantic relationships, I think it would be wise to value friendships and pets. Not that they can replace a romantic partner, but they can alleviate loneliness.

What do you think?

Society: Lonely men are the cancer.

it's probably just that you're more likely to use drugs, eat unhealthy and stop excerzing once the most inportant human need doesn't get fulfilled

Not surprising. Loneliness can lead to more alcohol consumption and other unhealthy habits. Simultaneously, less physically healthy men are less attractive to women, so they are more likely to remain single.

Let us not forget there could be other factors here too. For example, less healthy men are less attractive to women and they are more likely to develop cancer. (For example a man who regularly smokes is less appealing to women and is at a risk of cancer).

Your idea is right, but your example is wrong.

The study controlled for those factors.

Uh oh that sort of makes women sound correct for rejecting those guys oof
