While not noticed at first glance, there's a lot of societal rules for one to be considered a true man. Rules such as not speaking up about your own mental health, being 100% in control of your emotions at all times, going outside and socializing as much as possible, banging at least 1 woman, etc, etc.

What do I think makes someone a true man? Being male and living your own life. If you personally identify as male and can allow yourself to live the lifestyle you choose, you are a true man in my eyes. If you're in a bad state, there are plenty of people to talk to. And remember: society's views on what a true man is shouldn't hold you back from living your best life.
