Standard form pre-nup that basically applied to both of them signed with lawyers present.
We often only hear about the nightmare situations.
Go to a lawyer that specialized in marriage & pre-nups and they'll layout to process to make pre-nups much harder to be tossed out.

Also, any father that seriously cares about his family & son's futures will set up a trust for him when he's born. Even if you can only put in $5 a month it will still be very valuable to him in his adult life.

Some people want multiple kids. And this is the most stable way to have them.
Especially if the woman knows she won't get shit if she cheats or tries to divorce the man in general.

I am a licensed attorney and it is actually the exact opposite. The vast majority of prenuptial are upheld. In fact, you heard about the rare few not being enforced because of just that, they are very rare.

I don't want to comment on pre nuts outside of my licensing state (CA) since I have not studied them at all, but, as a matter of general legal education, basic contract formation law is the standard for the waiver of the rights contained in the family code.
Was the contract formed with both parties having knowledge of what they were giving up. Having her own counsel helps to ensure this. If your agreement is found to be faulty to the extebd that the legal efforts of your attorney ey were deficient, then you can sue for malpractice and report them to the Bar.

Get a Trezor and memorize the seed phrase. Make small Bitcoin purchases with every paycheck so it's not obvious. You can use cash at a Bitcoin ATM to keep it hidden.

Prenups can be voided and tossed by a judge of your not VERY methodical about it.
1) list ALL of your assets. If it turns out you didn't include any assets in the prenup, the judge will void it.
2) make sure she gets her own lawyer and they review it with her or she'll claim she didn't understand it and a judge will toss it.
3) the terms must be fair and equitable, or the judge will toss it.
