The problem has gone beyond 'not needing women'. Lives of hardworking men are being destroyed by false accusations. I, for one, am legitimately scared of women in my workplace. You're a marked man if they get wrong feelz from you.

Yes, there are various posts here that quite blatantly have a serious disdain for women due to a myriad of reasons, namely because of being mistreated or rejected repeatedly. It's my hope this sub doesn't turn into a cynical place where outcasted men gather because they couldn't score with the opposite sex.

This community is still evolving, and so there are a lot of ideas that are racing towards the top. It definitely gets too extreme sometimes, but there are a lot of level headed people here who chime in to slow it down.

No I agree with you. I am glad I found this sub because agree with Going Your Own Way and living life 100% for yourself.

I don’t like all the women bashing and threads about being angry at women. Some men here are still letting women control them because they still think about women all the time. I simply don’t care about them anymore.

Would love a subreddit that was about MGTOW, but solely focused on men and what we are doing with our time and accomplishing on our own to promote men’s rights. No women bashing, or even mention of women allowed.

I think it kind of happens with all things redpill. Whether it’s women, politics, culture in general, there is always a lot of anger underneath it, especially once you realize that you’ve kind of been lied to about pretty much everything. So yeah, a lot of guys get cheated on or dumped and the first thing they do is come on here and post something awful about women, and sure enough, that’s the post that’s going to be used whenever MGTOW is brought up anywhere else. I would be willing to bet that some of the most angry posts on here (that aren’t just trolls or people intentionally shit posting to use against MGTOW) probably don’t actually pay much attention to anything else said in here and just want to call their ex a cunt. I’m not saying that she isn’t a cunt, but I’m saying some dudes just want to vent about their particular experience and aren’t really going to take anything else from this sub. I would also be willing to bet that a lot of guys like that are also right back in a relationship within a few months and start the entire process all over again.

As a man with a brain and hormones that make women attractive to me, living in a society that promotes relationships and marriage, it's nice to have reminders of why I'm choosing this path.

Another thing is that this is one of the only places that "Non-Gynocentric Speech" is allowed. The freedom to speak freely here is a relief to many.

There are discussions of self improvement, philosophy, religion, meditation, as well though. Personally this is what I find more interesting.

The thing you need to understand is that becoming MGTOW isn't an overnight process, so you can't expect men to suddenly become enlightened beyond the grasp of their emotional margins. Men are still human beings, and because men rarely have their own echo chamber to voice their disdain for women as women have, MGTOW becomes the outlet for those men.

Taking the red pill comes along with steps to enlightment that can mirror an addict taking the sober route and coming to terms with a new way of living. It will require some soul searching, since most men have been taught wrongly about women their whole lives. There will be some anger and some resentment commentary. There will be some of us men bargaining with the idea, hoping that maybe there's still that one woman left out there to change their minds. These are all steps that human beings go through when their trying to process immense changes in perspective.

You see this as well after the death of a loved one. The stages are always there, and to question why men need to go through this natural process is to question the nature of humanity itself. I find it inexcusable that men come into this sub wagging their finger because men finally have a place to express past and present emotional energy. This is the process of enlightenment, and to judge or criticize shows how little empathy one has toward men in general.

I would go as far as to question your motive for being in a subreddit about men going their own way, and criticizing how this is done. If you're offended in any way with the way men feel about women, you should probably join a subreddit that empowers and uplifts women. There are plenty of places already for cucks to put women on pedestals. Why find the one place where there are not, and judge the men there?

Everyone will disagree on who to watch. But to start? I think you need to familiarize yourself with some of the things MRA point out. The actual crimes women get away with. If you don’t punish bad behavior and reward good behavior, people get out of hand. MGTOW is tired of a world that treats women with delicate gloves. A world that says a woman is never wrong and will protect her from any and all responsibilities.

Just look at that bridge that was built. All female company. And in days it collapsed and killed people. Women’s decisions are taking people lives. Enough is enough! Some men are also not responsible and are just as dangerous as those women.

I have been following the MGTOW sub for a little while, occasional post or comment. I really like the theory that is behind the mindset. I want to help spread the word and message among men in my life who I think could benefit from the mantra.

Your first mistake is trying to spread the message. It will lead to people reacting badly to you and will end up being a distraction for you in the long run. Don't waste your time.

But, I struggle to promote the sub because I see a lot of posts on here that also make me cringe. Specifically the absolute hate for all females and constant rants about evil women. They remind me of vagina hat wearing feminists yelling "We are right, they are wrong, all men are evil!"

What you find appropriate and what you don't is really of no concern to anyone. I see no reason in speaking more politely so some blue pilled simps might leave the plantation.

I like the idea that men don’t “need” to be with a woman to be happy and that men can be much more productive solo than coupled. Why not live and let live. I might be getting it wrong, but isn’t the ultimate level of MGTOW the going your own way and bettering yourself, NOT investing your mental energy and time into hating women… seems like doing this is investing energy in something that counter productive to the very thing MGTOW stands for.

You don't get to dictate to others what the correct course of action is. Venting and getting over your emotions is the fastest way to apathy. I personally dont care or think about what others do anymore, but pretending like the government isn't working against me is just retarded.

If you visit childfree forums you'll occasionally see epithets like "crotch droplet" thrown around. Although it's not my style, I can understand how all of the shit people get for not wanting kids can put someone in that kind of mode.

While there is currently wide acceptance in polite Western society of the idea that women should be able to determine their own paths with or without men---something I have no objection to---the idea that straight men of a certain age must aim for white-picket-fence married providership to have any kind of respectability has not gone away. At best, it has a new coat of paint for the 2010s.

Against this background, it's hardly surprising to see "crotch droplet" levels of vitriol on this sub. Again, not my style, but not being a mod, I do what I can by supporting the positively oriented posts and comments.
