This is so retarded. First, the school will want a copy of custody papers. It's standard. Second, even if they didn't check them and she lies, listing you as custodian accomplishes absolutely nothing to the school or the court. But be warned, if your son attends even one day of school there then he's enrolled and it's gonna real be hard to walk it back no matter what your decree says.
