Is it really 25%? I haven't volunteered in a while at homeless places. When I did, it was like 95% male. The volunteering only consisted of helping out dishing out food, and guard duty at night. I do remember having to avoid being stuck near that one lady with weird hair that would talk about random bs for ages though.

Im doing some kind of public service by working under non-governmental organization giving food to homeless(homeless like) people on the street and helping them to integrate back to society here in Turkey.

I spent already about 30 hours in the field and saw only 2 women out of maybe like 250 men. And even a lot of the men had a familiy wife/ex wife with a house and some of those men had really decent talents and ex jobs but they are traumatized and are living on the streets...

Men are invisible, rated as less important, and if a woman is homeless she is either ugly, fat, or so crazy she sets beds on fire, cause there is always some white knight willing to take even almost ugly, almost fat, or a little less crazy than literally setting the bed on fire.

I also swear that it has to be fewer than 1/4. Of the homeless I see on the street it's at least 90% men. And it makes logical sense too; for women to not be homeless all they need to do is lower their standards and spread their legs open for the right cuck or white knight. Or they just cry to the government and get on welfare.

These kinds of "stats" are always misleading in some way, usually they manipulate the data in some way, so I'm just curious to see what trick they employed to skew the numbers.

1 in 4 homeless people are women, because women are generally better at making decisions, planning future, thinking ahead of the present time than men. They are just more intelligent, that's why.
