Why is this being celebrated on r/pics? Even though from this picture it looks like the divorce/separation went somewhat smooth, that little girl is still gonna have issues. Having different standards from each house, moving around and lastly I am gonna sound like an asshole here but the step dad is even more of the odd person out then the step mom. I once dated a girl who was white who had a Mexican step dad. Her bio Dad died of cancer but she resented the step dad simply because he wasn't white so it didn't feel natural to her. She had no respect for him and had no regard for his existence.

Regardless of the total virtue signaling of this picture, I do hope that indeed the girl has 4 involved parents, or atleast get to spend a decent ammount of time with her real dad and mom. This is better then never being able to see you father because you are used as a weapon in a seperation.
