I understand you still desire to feel loved by a woman, as men we are biologically programmed to do so. It takes extreme discipline in the mind to set these desires to the side. Immersing yourself into a hobby (could be as simple as researching basic curiosities) should help ease this.

Edit: Meditation, finding clarity in lucid dreams, continuing to better yourself, and setting forth any triggers aside will help you.

Reminded constantly everyday that it's ALOT of effort for hardly anything in return.

Its been about 9 months since I was seeing anyone and the only thing I miss at all is the tender warm moments, like when you are in the bedroom and you just hold each other or whatever. You are right though that is so rare given all the rest of the manipulative crap, the tedious focus on however elle magazine tells them to live their life and the crazy entitlement. Tbh looking back I haven't really met anyone during that time I would've wanted to be with.
