Been doing this for a while. I seem to have entered a feedback loop where the less I look at them, the less I want to look at them. It feels great to have liberated myself.

And you know what's weird? Since I've begun to actively not care about women, they've begun to care about me. I already had an ONS, and I have several other ladies at work and in the gym who are sending indications of interest. An old ex has also turned up looking all cute and ready.

I try not to react, though. I stand up tall. I'm a MGTOW living the free life! :)

I've been doing this for a while now and I can tell you I thought I was the only one doing this. I don't see women as I used to before I went MGTOW. I see them as another human, another wall and another body in this universe. If I see a mildly to extremely attractive women I don't go starring at her ass, tits etc. I just think "She's hot, attractive etc. And look away. I find that women would purposely try and get men to stare at them by wearing all types of revealing clothing or going in front of my view. Some women also have gave themselves pride for men looking at them that when I walk by women that feel this pride they look up and are waiting for me to look at their body but I look the other way and keep walking which is the most liberating feeling ever. I've distanced myself from toxic women in my life and most women in general and I have self disciplined myself to not feed into these women's pride, attention seeking and more. I'm focusing on myself and looking at a woman won't give me that extra mile to go on and move forward in my life. I've also taken it a step further to delete my Instagram that I had all my exes on, whores, local hoes etc. I've distanced myself from every place and it feels good.

I don't look at them at all. I don't even glance in their general direction. If one is talking to me, I don't look at them. I just answer the absolute bare minimum so they can go away. Here's some practical advice to add on to this: Think of something else; be occupied in your mind. Maybe you're heading to the gym. Think of the workout, your feelings going through each rep. I live on a college campus. There are women IN THEIR PRIME running around everywhere. I used to also look at them all the time too.

Then I started a second business, I took my gym workouts seriously, and suddenly, women became an afterthought. I was just worried about my biz and the gym so much, it became an obsession and I stopped caring about women.
