Yea I've had a girl break down crying right before sex, I stopped obviously, then it took a solid half hour of comforting to get a word out of her. That scenario I believed she was raped when she told me 100%. If there's some full video or confession or even some DNA, I'll accept that to an extent, because there's separate evidence, not just a lie. It's not under her power. Evidence under "the victim's" control has been repeatedly found to be lies.
And this evidence seemed to be testimony, not objective evidence. I haven't seen a lot of actual evidence, I've heard a lot of stories. At least Cosby seems to admit to some shit.

What information are you using to draw your conclusions? I haven’t heard one piece of objective evidence to support your claims.
Your initial comment included #allwomenlieallthetime, which is what I was referring to when I called it absurd. I agree that women can and do lie about rape to gain sympathy. I also agree that the “stat” that 25% of women have been sexually assaulted is largely inflated due to blurred lines as to what classifies sexual assault - specifically in regards to the college/party culture of getting drunk and hooking up w/o giving sober consent.
I also agree with you that you shouldn’t assume a person is telling the truth about being raped unless they provide objective evidence. As I said before, burden of proof lies on the accuser, and presumption of innocence until proven guilty for the accused.
But your assumption that all women must lie is horribly misinformed, and reflects poorly on both yourself and this sub. NCBI (a very reputable scientific publication) estimates that a mere 5.2% of rape allegations are false, but includes that the real number could be as high as 10-15%.

#AllWomenLieAllTheTime isn't just about rape, any more than #AllMenAreRapists apply to all men.
How many women do you know use absolutely no make up, never worn a cleavage enhancing support garment, or anything else to put up fake fecundity markers?

Anyone who has looked at this research seems the flaw in it immediately. They only determined a rape was “false” when the woman explicitly admitted to it. What about all of the other times it was false but she held onto the lie? Here comes some anecdotal evidence nonsense, but when I was in college this cute blue haired friend of ours claimed she was raped by this guy, we found him and roughed him up pretty bad. A few months later it came up and she told me her full story, she liked him, invited him in to her apartment for sex, but as she wasn’t getting off she asked him if he was ready to be done and he said “15 more seconds.” In that 15 seconds she claimed she has rescinded her consent, despite not telling him this. Worse yet, she STILL writes blogs about how she was “brutally raped in college” and it’s the same story she told me only exaggerated to such an extreme as to be laughable. After that experience I snapped out of white knighting overnight, as that could have easily been me.

the problem comes down to evidence. when it really comes down to her word, that's when it's fucking cancer. one of the university lawsuits got really out of hand... the university's kangaroo court refused to admit the security footage at the dorm or the text messaging, but they were all admitted in real court. turns out the footage shows her draping herself on him and even grabbing his ass and kissing him while they're signing her in as a visitor to his dorm. the text messaging showed it was clearly consensual, and she wanted to continue hooking up. one of her friends who wanted to date the "victim's" boyfriend heard about it, so she friend told him to force a breakup. suddenly, the "victim" was now claiming it was rape. they will lie and cry and mislead and put on a show with no remorse. all physical evidence directly contradicted her word, and the SJWs running the title IX kangaroo court tried to railroad this guy's life for an agenda.

My own half-sister lied to family members about me raping her. Don't worry, I never did this. What happened is that she was going through a tough time with her ex-boyfriend (he was not interested in her anymore because she has anger issues and was a spoiled child, insulting anyone who didn't give her what she asks or enough attention) and she invented a backstory for her erratic behavior, claiming that I raped her.
I once confronted her about it. She was evasive, and cried. I even learned that she contacted the police so her ex-boyfriend would believe her story. Guess what? The police didn't believe her at all.
She tried to call me and texted me 5 years later to try to apologize to me. I barely replied to her texts, just said who's this? but ignored her right after when I realized it was her. So she started insulting me via text for ignoring her.
I haven't seen my own father in 8 years now. I don't think he believed her at all, it's just that disgusting situation made me uncomfortable to talk to many people who I thought were close family.
Bottom of the line is that I have learned that day that women are willing to do anything, even crazy bullshit story, to get some attention. She thought stabbing her own brother in the back would be a good idea to keep her ex-boyfriend interested in her, as she had excuses for being such a bitch. Inventing a story about your own brother raping you, that's fucked up. She could have destroyed my whole life, and in some way, she did.

Reminds me of a case in my country where some female musician went public on Instagram claiming she'd been raped on her birthday by two rugby players. She did this a month after the "incident" and only after she discovered she was pregnant. No police report on the day the "rape" happened, no DNA tests, and the dudes got sentenced to 25 years in prison each. That's how cucked the judicial system is over here, and it's in Africa, not the West or Cucknada. My bet is she wanted to "go crazy" on her birthday so she let the dudes run a train on her raw, then when she discovered she was pregnant, she decided to go with the rape story.
