CPR has the potential to break the cartilage in the sternum and ribs causing slight injury and people have tried to sue over that. So I can totally see some women taking the opportunity to accuse someone of sexual assault to try to get a settlement out of it.

Pretty sure there's actually a law stating you can't incriminate someone who's attempting to give you live saving care. I'm too lazy to look it up right now, but from my understanding the care giver won't have to worry about criminal accusations, but they can still be sued.
