Pair this with the Australian project that stripped name and gender from resumes and found that it "discriminated" against women and you get a compelling picture of who is more competent on average.

And how did the AI determine who the best candidate was? If the metrics were appropriate, then using gender as a factor meant that men were, on average, better qualified. That's only reason.

I think I remember this AI. The one I'm thinking of used about a decade of applications as data BEFORE the women in STEM quota BS. During this decade most of the applicants were men and the successful applications were men. The AI doesn't know if its man or woman. It just looked at features from an applicant that made them pass. When they completed the AI and put it into use, women were not getting hired because the training of the AI better recognized qualities for success that tend to appeared in men and not the successful qualities from women. So they shut it down, and media calls AI sexist.

However considering the pool of applicants are overwhelmingly from a certain group, then you are more likely to define the success of your company on the successful features from that group. All the AI did was make what was is, and going to happen more efficient.

Instead of shuting it down, why not simply remove the gender info from all candidates' data. (All candidates are gender-anonymous) That way, there can be no argument or doubt on whether the AI is sexist.

Reality: Men tend to have more suitable qualifications work longer hours and do tasks better however in order to meet quotas of "Gender" they discriminate against men despite the fact that its illegal to employ worse workers over their gender hence why the only way go do this "Non discrimination" is too discriminate against men and emoloy based off of gender

That's because the AI uses only data to make decisions. It isn't influenced by political correctness or other emotional reactions, it merely picks people based on their likelihood to succeed and drive revenue.

That's the thing about AI, they focus on the most efficient way of getting the task done irregardless of all the bullshit that humans need to factor in. It's very telling that even an AI wouldn't hire females just based on raw work performance metrics.

AI suggests an idea: "Okay, lets make a warehouse of employees you choose, and a warehouse of employees I choose."

The AI warehouse choose 85% men and 15% women. Based on this, it asks for bigger bathrooms and locker rooms for the men. The women are set to do certain tasks they seem more efficient at then the men. Warehouse is running more efficient.

The "sex equality employment" warehouse works also, but not as efficient. It deal with more harassment lawsuits. Employee turn over is quicker.

Feminists blame leadership of discrimination, regardless that the case can be proven. Feminists are trying to guilt trip the AI. AI responds: "Ok, lets exchange some of your male workers in that warehouse for all of my female workers in the warehouse I am running."

The new AI warehouse which is all men is redesigned where they have bathrooms mostly for the men, and smaller ones for women as a courtesy. The warehouse is efficient.

The other warehouse which is more women than men have even more latency in production, more complaints, harassment suites, and turnover rates for employment raise a little.

3 months pass by. The AI is working well on it's warehouse, but has complaints about the other facility bogging down it's operations. The AI realizes it cannot take over the other warehouse, so it starts to try to handle the load of the work for both as well as it can. It tries to run in a fashion where it doesn't need the other warehouse. After a month, it makes a suggestion to management. Shut down the other warehouse. The AI wants to expand it's warehouse, or run the other warehouse like it is running its own. Management says no, it can't do that because of lawsuits. The AI then says: "Let all of the work come to my warehouse, and minimize the size of the other warehouse. We will keep the other warehouse for appearances."

The management does so. It is keeping the feminist warehouse only for appearances. Nothing gets shipped there. The AI just has the workers moving around boxes to make them look busy.
