Alcohol can derail your plans. Use with extreme moderation.

Cardio is good, too. If you lift weights, watch yourself on days following big, heavy lifts.

Hours turn to days. Days turn to weeks. Weeks turn to months. It gets easier every day.

Went Monk Mode many years ago. At first it was a pain dealing with friends and family that were constantly on me to be in a relationship, but then I just cut those people out of my life too. Now I've learned how to be mostly invisible and off of other people's radar, I get left alone to do as I please in life.

It really is great after the adjustment period. The reaction from women when a man they want stops pursing them and ignores them doing his own thing is priceless. You'll have more: time, money, peace of mind with less stress, hassle, and worry that one of them might stalk you, file false rape charges, or just go batshit crazy. Three words: peace of mind.

Just remember to do some exercise or you'll lose testosterone... That is why i don't like "monk mode", I cherish my Testosterone as it what gives us power...
