Of course the law of obstructing justice by filing fake police reports or making false claims dont apply to domestic violence laws, seeing how there is no tolerance for them making it something that doesn't require a victim in court for the system to have a trial against you.

Of course if i made up that a woman stole my wallet and she got arrested and then i took it back and said i made it up, i'd be arrested.
