It's called a joke. It could very well be a Mexican or Pacific Islander baby for all we care. The joke lies in knowing that the guy she's with is not the father, by the baby clearly being a different race. The joke wouldn't work if the baby was also white.

I agree with you, but you seem to ignore the whole 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'. As the political and social tensions become more and more polarizing and virulent, you're going to continue seeing this progress. Asking MGTOW to be completely apolitical or non-partisan is like telling the NRA to not have any sort of political allegiance in itself — it's just not a realistic goal anymore.

MGTOW isn't like the NRA. It's not an organization. It doesn't have a leader. It's just a group of men who are trying to survive in their particular circumstances, loosely united in their rejection of marriage. I'm sure you know this already, but I want to reiterate it for anyone who might read these comments. And the attitude I'm seeing on this subreddit is hardly 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend'. It's enthusiastic support that might as well have come out of any thread on The_Donald.
If an individual MGTOW has a political goal, then that's not my goal, and if MGTOW itself becomes a politicized brand, then I guess I'm no longer a MGTOW. I'm apolitical because I don't think political or cultural solutions exist. No band-aids that we put over society will change the biological roots of male disposability. The alt-right offers nothing but old solutions that have already broken down and are impossible to reproduce.
I don't want to become another foot soldier in some culture or race war. The lot of men has been to bleed and die fighting over the top spot in the pecking order, while women stay home and pick the winners. I'm done with that system, and if that means I don't leave a legacy or society collapses because I didn't rise up to defend it, then so be it. I have no stake in the outcome, and I don't care what happens anymore.

Okay, you're reading too far into the NRA analogy then needed. I never said MGTOW was an official organization of any sort. It's more accurately a online conglomerate-community with like minded men discussing things.
To say MGTOW is merely about anti-marriage is pretty misleading as well. MGTOW, almost always means no cohabitation, no LTRs, no children, and generally requires one to understand and reject Gynocentrism. Those conditions alone are going to effect a lot of other beliefs people hold.
If you can't tell why a subset of the manosphere wouldn't lean a certain way at least partially in the major election this past year, then I have no idea what to say — it's not like the opposing force was even remotely more peaceful or reluctant of war (especially one that would have to reactivate the draft). No one here is saying to fully support the alt-right (more accurately alt-light, but whatever), but they do have a lot of intersecting ideas that resonate well with MGTOW — e.g. Anti-PC, anti-shaming language (i.e. calling someone sexist isn't an argument), generally fiscally conservative (which benefits men over a fiscally liberal model), not to mention Trump is the very first president in modern history to even remotely show some opposition to some form of Gynocentrism (I'm not saying he's not Gynocentric himself, but he's the only one who ever told feminists to earn their keep, for once).
Beliefs and propositions also tend to be very conditional and not independent.
