I see it as a way to pay more attention to myself. I want to become the ideal version of myself and engaging in toxic relationships only separates my concentration from what I am trying to become. For example i want to be strong, rich and happy for my own benefit, but when dealing with women you forget about yourself and get caught up in "pleasing" her or "being committed" and it then becomes about "her", I have to make time for "her", I have to give attention to "her".

We only have one life and spending alot of time trying to please someone else let alone care what someone else thinks is kinda backwards.

I've always preferred to focus more on the benefits of staying single and living the MGTOW lifestyle, rather than on bashing women. In fact, I don't actually even "hate" all women. I simply enjoy my life much more without being attached to one.

This applies to you, but there is a recurring theme among those "concerned" about the so-called "red pill rage"/"anger phase" in which they express their "concerns" but provide no examples of precisely WHAT comments they find objectionable and why.

I'm not trying to tell a man how to go his own way, it's that once you understand that women are slaves to their nature why would you hate them for it? That would be like hating a dog because it sniffs your ass.

Less like getting your ass sniffed by a dog; More like being Roy Horn (of Siegfried & Roy) and having the white tiger you thought was trained maul you from behind.

Some of us need to vent our frustrations. Poison is better out of the body than in it.

I hear you. I think the misogyny newcomers see too often drives them away before they see the nuances of MGTOW. There is hardened woman-hating in the community to be sure, but it's at the extreme end of the spectrum. A lot of MGTOWs are just celebrating the newly discovered ease of life once you become a dedicated single. I just do my MGTOW and let the other guys do their MGTOW, I don't try to say one is better than the other.

Once guys get to this stage of MGTOW, they dont "hate women" so much as they pity them, and hate to see the behavior codified by popular culture, and (fallen for/coddled) by guys that dont know better yet and by those that do and refuse to stop helping it.

It's like seeing a dog shit on a new carpet and then have everyone say "oh that's so adorable". The carpet is ruined, the dog never becomes house-broken, and the room smells constantly.

But then when you walk away from the room because you want nothing more to do with that mess, everyone accuses you of hating dogs.

There is no over-arching philosophy for MGTOW.

It's a bunch of different people doing their own thing. There are some who are simply just bitter and angry. They're basically male versions of female feminists.

There's nothing you can do about it. Just keep doing your own thing.

Many here have been betrayed and witnessed wanton destruction of their lives and everything they believed in.

Love has its place, as does hate.

And hate will keep you alive where love fails.

Some will never let go of their hate as it has become integral and permanent part of their own being, replacing what has been broken and burned away.

Many have moved on and came to terms with whatever brought them here. Quite a few are living happy lives.

And finally, there are those who learned an answer to this question: What is deadlier than hate, and flows without limit?
