Just read some of the horrifying experience stories from other men who have been through the hell known as marriage and have come back to tell us about it. That should be more than enough to make you wary of the dangers of being a cuck.

Also, try to minimize the time you spend thinking about women. Otherwise you run the risk of getting depressed/angry and ultimately, its just a waste of time. Ignore females, acquire currency.

Honestly, just start focusing on yourself. I am curious, how often have you asked yourself "What do I really want?"

Not, what will get you more women, or more money for women, or more whatever for society. What do YOU personally actually want?

Money is only a big deal if you have a certain goal that you want to hit, with a large majority of men that comes down to what women you will get.

But ask yourself each day, "What do I want?"

If you start there and stop focusing so much on thinking of other people especially women, I think you will be off to a good start.

Other than that, a lot of the other responses incredibly good advice. READ READ READ. I cannot amplify my reasoning behind this enough, knowledge is truly power and reading will help you understand our fellow man(woman) and understand more about yourself.

But at the end of the day, it all comes down to that same question.

dump anyone your seeing and make plans for your self improvement. Set goals such as a new income, new bench weight, new kind of car, new job or level of education, or learn a new skill. Put yourself and your future at the center of all of your concerns. Work on your self esteem. The curse of the cuck is that they get their value from the attention and approval of others, but your intrinsic value (your self worth) is the only thing that matters. When you put people's opinions of you over your own, you're saying that they are more qualified to judge your value than you are.

The irony of this is that when you don't value yourself, no one else has any reason to think you're worth anything. So those approval seeking cucks are setting themselves up for failure, forever.

Personally, what worked for me was just shutting out that little voice in the back of your mind that tries to get you to go interact with women. Even after taking the red pill, there's still a biological urge there that can be a bitch to overcome, but you can do it.

Every time you start desiring female attention, just remind yourself of the ugly truth of the situation (for example, perhaps reminding yourself that the girl you are talking to goes through boyfriends like copy-paper). I think eventually you'll get into a mental pattern where you, for lack of a better description, "gross yourself out" of desiring women, if you follow me.

But in the end, I don't think there's one concrete method that applies to everyone. That's both the beauty and challenge of MGTOW, it's all about doing what you feel is best for yourself. Finding your own path to enlightenment is not an easy task, but it is a rewarding one.
