Work in IT, ost of the women we work with show up late, leave early, and do jack shit while they are here. During flu season last year, every one of the was off. 4 women for 4 to 5 days. How did it affect our workload? It was slightly lighter. Let that sink in. 6 guys, 4 women. 40% of our team was gone. It got slightly easier. Equal work? What a joke!

Been keeping tabs on my Assistant Manager's arrivals every morning in a private note on my phone. For whatever reason, it's completely okay for her to arrive 2 or 3 hours late, but if I call-in literally throwing up, it's a big deal. Hell, sometimes the bitch doesn't even show up until after lunch. It really makes me wonder how in the fuck she pays her bills. I am in the same office with a group with a female leader. Bitch made company kicked 1 female worker because leader female does not work enough and one of the female worker keep overtiming almost every day to keep the group work up. Overtimer was bitching about her leader do not work enough, after some time her leader made general leader to kick the overtimer because of bitching (overtimer was %100 right). They came with security, grab her laptop and make her collect her desk right away. Never fuck with bad bitches in office, they are very dangerous, fellas. She was head of 4 with herself, all left the group (1 kicked 1 resigned 1 moved to another department). Now she gather 3 different people and all are bored and do not like her.

Another different thing with her; she was under another head before this job with a normal employee title. She do not do her jobs, just hang out at office and chatting and making tea and coffee, anything but working, her leader (male) keep talking with her on internal chatting system. Some time later this chatting is close to mobbing. She screenshot all chats and put it in a presentation she was suppose to give to human resource. She makes it like she was made a mistake but totally showing other person in a situation like mobbing. Other leader still in the company but this bitch gets a shut up promotion. Now she gives misery to others with a bigger salary and still very little to no working.

What a joke this is.
