Finding a girlfriend is relatively easy. It's all the BS comes after that makes men seeking a life of solitude.

This is a place for people who don't want to get involved in relationships so you won't find dissenting opinions on that front, but folks do argue about various issues.

Welcome to the community even if it is just for a visit. Another poster stated something a few weeks back which addresses your question i will try to capture the spirit of the post.

What you see is a snapshot of a growing community and you may see diverse users. We have thoughtful posts, shit posters, incel, married, alpha, beta, blue red and black pill, monk mode, curious posters, women, girls boys and men. You may see anger from someone who just came out of a relationship. You may see a bloke burned from a marriage where he loses his kids and home post in a community that understands. You are allowed to post to quench your curiosity unlike some subs which ban you outright for joining us. We are inclusive but not slaves. We may spat but we are ultimately men who have noticed and decided we don't have to take anything we don't allow. We are of like mind but not of the same mind. You are free to choose how you live your life and participate.

If you look deeper we talk about finances, bettering ourselves, support, even relationship advice. How to heal, grow and be better than what we were the day before. Its a mix

To address your edit. We are cynical, skeptical and conscious that the world doesn't owe us anything and we don't owe anything to the world. Societal concepts of honor have been replaced by whats in it for me. While this sub kinda focuses on women initially the long term posters grow out of that and help new and old readers alike.

Tl:Dr we are a very diverse sub. We allow conversation and freedom of thought within reason. People just coming out of shitty situations can vent, and that may skew the sub.

I think you're one of those that likes to use all the new buzz words like 'echo chamber'. Your comment doesn't make sense. Why would an echo chamber not be a place for discussion? An echo chamber is a discussion. And 'new ideas'. Do you not understand MGTOW? We have accepted the way things are. And finally, I assume you went through a page or two and looked at the 'poisonous' headlines. But the majority of comments, which is about 99% of the dialogue here, is advice.

This sub might seem like an echo chamber to you but for people coming here trying to understand MGTOW mentality, the memes and joke posts serve as an easier introduction to browse through than a four paragraph post. Plus they are just plain entertaining to those who are already MGTOW. People do come here asking for advice and there are discussions and births of new ideas, it's not as uncommon as you make it sound like. This subs content helps me stay on the course I'm on which is taking care of myself by showing me the true nature of womyns daily so I don't stray. There's nothing wrong with misogyny when the world is filled to the brim with misandry, although I don't go out of my way to hate womyns I just ignore them completely. Your idea of "love for all of mankind" is a crock of shit because it is impossible when you have an entire gender waging war on ours. We aren't looking for wives or gfs, we aren't saying it's impossible to marry or date some roastie bitch. We just don't want to.

Some men hate women and others just like to make fun of what they do with their shallow and limited shelf life. Differences of opinion are allowed as long as it is done with respect. Cross the line into outright trolling and disrespect then you have no business being in polite company.

A note about being disrespectful, if you are disrespectful it shows us that don't even respect yourself. This gives us reason to ridicule you because you did it to yourself.

I'm a minister and I am well respected here in the short time I've been posting in this sub. I've never gotten any flak over my beliefs and the discussions are respectful. People are free to disagree, but that is the entire point about being a MGTOW. We celebrate individuality not collectivism.

We don't say it's impossible. You just have to dig through a mountain of shit to find that unicorn. We just don't think it's worth it.

And regarding discussion, there is really nothing to discuss about the decision of going your own way. We are not discussing game, field reports,etc like TRP or planning a move. Some who are new might be angry and you will see such posts. But the others are just relaxed and having fun with no fucks to give. So there are also a lot of posts which ridicule feminists and such, because we are on the same page regardless of which phase we are in. People ask advice and share good/bad experiences all the time. But no, this is not a "safe space" to discuss bullshit in the name of tolerance.

Pretty much every reddit community is an echo chamber to some degree. That's the whole definition of a community, people of similar interests/viewpoints getting together. For example, if you like flat chest, you're not gonna go into '/r/bigboobs' and start trouble.

If you want to better humanity, then there are probably subs out there for that. MGTOW is NOT about saving humanity, it's about saving ourselves.
