I mean yeah, if you are a journalist in today's day and age then chances of you being highly opinionated and highly argumentative are high, and if you told him the paper you work for then he knows your political side/politics, those are some legit reason to not bother, not everyone is into that sort of thing

In the end, I'm sure the guy doesn't give a crap. He knew the outcome, that she'd publish about him anyway. Flag raised, bullet dodged. She has to go hunting for information about him to prove to herself that he was the problem, rather than look at herself as the problem.

Also, journalists should know how to spell.
