We were busy chasing women while it was dogs that were our true other half.

MGTOW should open a rescue shelter for the loyal doggos.

I've actually started putting some money aside. It has been my goal since I was a lil kid. Of course, totally non-profit. Aiming for it to become a reality in 5 years.

Loyal doggos will be in demand for MGTOW. I'm not a cat person, but cats seem to be for the ladies.
[–]TheTastelessBatman19 points20 points21 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Because cats are like women in every way.
Feed them once and they keep coming to you when they want food again. Some scientists even say that cats learned how to meow at humans since it gets them food.
Cats are selfish.
Cats are not loyal. Twin had a cat. Gave it to a friend for a few days and she was roaming around at the new place as idgaf.
Mate had a dog. Left him with me for a few days and lil fella was grumpy the whole week. Jumped on my friend when he came back.
I could go on and on.

Cats and dogs are both great. I'm a cat person but I've had both cats and dogs for a very long time. Cat just get a bad rap because people just adopt one and leave him somewhere in the house like some furniture.
The same scientists found, on a small sample but still, that a lot of cats would chose their owner rather than food. Meowling isn't just to get food; it's to communicate with us as a whol since most people are not very receptive to their body language.
Sure, a cat's independance make it a bit harder to bond with it but once it's done, they're just as loyal as dogs.
Both animals are way, way more loyal than the average human is but they express it differently. And it's a tragedy how both of them end up trapped with crazy post-wall hags that will mainly use them as instagram models nowadays. They honestly deserve better than this.
Speaking of tragedy and dogs, it reminds me of all the retards that decided to adopt a husky because of game of throne ("wolves are too coooool") and then abandoned it because they couldn't move their damn ass to exercise with it. Poor little things.

Well I can't say I don't agree with you.
Women always use others beings. Be it men, kids or animals.
[–]boytjie3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
As a MGTOW cat person, I agree. I've had dogs as well and they're cool but a lot more dependent. Dogs also make steaming piles of poo and unless you do a regular poo patrol. it attracts flies. Cats are more discreet. Their poos are smaller and they bury it. They're fanatically clean, can live inside with a litter box and are not clumsy. Cats are OK.

Na, there was this female cat that loved me a lot. Would even jump from the balcony (onto the wall) despite a limp just to come pet me when I returned. It would still be aloof around other cats, the way kids are around their friends towards their parents, but cats can be loving too. Dogs are almost always loving though.
[–]stoicbotanist5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I like cats, but cats are only an accessory to your house, whereas dogs are companions who will travel everywhere with you.
[–]robowriter1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I support this entirely and you can still draw a paycheck from a non-profit and recruit altrustic volunteers of like mind.

Dogs are genetically made to be loyal because wolf packs survived and thrived due to loyalty. If wolves were a bunch of disloyal cunts, they would have died out. Dog = the exact opposite of women.

Women survived and thrived due to disloyalty and fucking the next chad barbarian that came around
[–]deathtocontrollers7 points8 points9 points 7 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
The ancestors of the women today, yes. All the good women became extinct a long time ago because they didn't survive and thrive... They were killed by the Chad barbarians that came around for putting up a fight or committing suicide instead of spreading their legs. Men accidentally killed off all the good women in the past and condemned future generations of men to have to deal with the descendants of traitorous cunts. Men are very short sighted but what choice do we have? We live such short lives and then we die...

This picture;
A perfect window into the current state of man. Broken, homeless, hungry. Society turns it nose up and hurries by as he spends his food money on a toy, blanket and extra food for his companion.
How far have we gone when an instinct to love, protect and provide for is so systematically vilified, so disgusting to the Zeitgeist that this man is considered an oppressor. How deep can the hole get?

At least he has someone, but I know they use them for extra sympathy so I worry for the dog's nutrition when I see panhandlers with one. Started keeping puppy food mixed with dehydrated liver baggies in my car after just giving one couple money last summer.

Don’t. Dogs are excellent scavengers and (in an urban environment) will eat better than their owners. They don’t need all the Gucci extras (that’s a marketing ploy). Their immune system is far more robust and they will happily munch dumpster food that their owners are too fastidious to eat. If the owner wants to give his canine companion a cordon bleu feast he need only let the dog loose in a restaurant dumpster.
[–]modern_rabbit0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Ugh, yeah, onion powder and cooked bones. I know they'll get their calories, but whether it's healthy or not is gonna be a gamble.

Well, the owner concerned about his dog getting a balanced diet shouldn’t let him loose in a pizzeria dumpster for a sustained period. Too much pizza must be bad for dogs. A healthy selection of diverse dumpsters is the ticket for a shiny coat and a wet nose.

Why do you have beef with an animal that would do anything to protect their owner and shows more loyalty to them than any other living thing on the planet? Just curious, maybe you were bitten as a child (my cousin was and he is still afraid of them in his late 30’s).

Correct. This is a sub about GYOW. However this post was about loyalty. A lot of men have had their trust in people destroyed and this post is to remind that dogs are loyal and will show you love and affection when you’re at your lowest.
Idiot.

I’ve said it and I’ll say it again. Put your dog and the girl who “loves” you in the trunk of a car, lock it. Come back 15 minutes later and open the trunk. Guess who’s wagging their ass happy to see you?
