People really think prenups actually work and can violate law.

No they can't, it's just working out the divorce in advance, and still has to be equitable.

All her lawyer will do is tell her to say "I was confused", "I didn't understand", sob sob "I was rushed and exploited." The amount of shit you gotta do requires months of work and enough protections against that stuff that she simply won't do it.
