The young age is where one need to build and lay down the foundation, They have to sacrifice their social life, even family life, to be successful in later life.
Teach your young nephews that, don’t get carried away by passion of desire and destroy their future.
A famous saying goes like this -"Do not hanker after success. Pursue excellence and success will follow you pants down"
In social context "Don’t hanker after girls. Pursue to be a successful men and girls will follow you pants down".
Tell your nephews on get the focus on themselves and be successful first.
