Feminism is also very popular among male academics and they basically think that ”it's their turn now”. They get to show females how understanding and supportive they are, compared to those ”jerk alpha's”. A lot of the feminist theories basically make no sense, and the only way you're able to talk ”feminism” is, if you ”educated” yourself in post-modernism and the like. i.e. You need to be modern day academic. I can actually understand their bullshit theories, because as a side effect of my education, I had to study some post-modernism. So I know where their theoretical bullshit is coming from.

Feminism also has a religious aspects to it. Especially in Europe. People been looking for something to replace Christianity with. Marxism worked a while for them, now it's feminism. People get to sort of, scratch that God shaped itch with feminism. Original sin, being man - Pandering to feminists gives you absolution. ”Forgive me divine woman, for I have sinned.” Replace the priest with a woman. There's a psychological need for that stuff still. Especially among the European left. They are really in to self flagellation. Like the Monks used to be. But this time, it's more like intellectual self flagellation; We horrible European patriarchs and colonists must make amends...It never crosses their minds that civilizations tend to be pretty brutal by nature. But what ever.

Women also use feminism as a religion; Evil men kept women down, until enlightened females rose up and brought ”equality” to us all. Now we are marching towards a paradise on earth. Even stupid stuff that they say can be understood from this angle: Herpes is empowering now, because of feminism. STD's bless them and grant them truer knowledge of their inner selves...etc... It's quite mad. But there it is anyway.

I once got into a debate a few years ago with a woman who described herself 'intersectional feminist' on a post from an old friend's page. This was before I found MGTOW and TRP. I saw an exchange going on between some people laughing it up about Gamergate who I thought didn't know what they were talking about, figured I'd present them a different perspective, the precise perspective they were acting so dismissively of that they had only ever learned about from politically-correct media and hearsay. Since the exchange quickly turned to crap because I found myself dealing with identity politics and shaming tactics, it didn't go well. Basic tactics of throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks, I got called a 'typical cis male dudebro' and was accused of 'probably being alt-right, transphobic, homophobic, etc'. I was fairly blunt in response, basically just called out her claims directly as bullshit. She then said something about my spending 'all my time on the red pill' and presumed I read Return of Kings. Turns out, I'd never even heard of those places before, and while I may not like ROK after knowing what it is now, I appreciated her recommendation of what kind of places on the internet are most opposed to her opinions so I could see just what they had to say that could offend her so much. I figured 'hmm, so those are the places you disagree with most strongly, looks like I had better check them out!' That's how I found The Red Pill subreddit, and later on I found MGTOW too.

People don't like having their bubbles poked. Anyway, to my disappointment, this old friend I used to think was cool posts some dumb meme mocking me like it proves something, and because I still respected the guy from years back, I left it at that and let the woman I was arguing with (foolishly in futility) have the last word and apologized to him privately since it was his page the argument happened on. He then proceeds to tell me he's a feminist too and that I'm prejudiced. This guy I used to think was cool, an old friend of mine... I was thoroughly disappointed and felt very sorry for him, but I just let it be after that. Enjoy your parachute-less base-jumping adventure, buddy.

...I kinda love feminism. Once you go MGTOW and realize feminism uncovered women's nature and saved you from a life of traditionalism, you can start to really kick ass. As a single man with some wealth and income - THAT'S how you win at life! Holy shit, it's fucking awesome. If people pester you about not having a wife at 35-40, just tell them some bullshit story.

However, on the flip side, you still got to deal with women at work. However, hopefully with the knowledge you gather with MGTOW, you can learn to deal with them passively or be flexible enough to avoid them.

It's great.

Ironically, the most miserable ones will be women and beta men.

it depends, i believe women should have equal access and accountability under the law (unlike the middle east) so that technically makes me a feminists according to some definitions, but i Think women and men should both compete soley on merit under that framework of equal opportunity/accountability.

so all the western style feminism is absolute horseshit and i am "anti-feminist" according to their definition

Feminist women don't really seem to like so-called male feminists. You'll see how they mercilessly criticize them for the tiniest transgressions against feminist beliefs. Entitled™, NiceGuy™ etc labels tossed around for the slightest misstep. I mean look at this article for instance:

Shy, awkward, sensitive men take feminists at their word about how feminism stands up against traditional gender norms. They think they will receive acceptance and understanding, and ultimately perhaps romance, from feminist women.

They probably won't. They are probably better off going with the Redpill.

There is no argument that over a century ago women got a pretty hard deal. However most of the obvious abuses have been fixed by now but they got used to winning things and want to keep pushing onward. I have met some women who have moved into a field where people only expect men and excelled at it. They asked for no special consideration they just did the job better than anybody I know. I have also met a lot people of both genders of who have failed to even do the job 'as is' but somehow when they are called out on it the women far to often cry discrimination. This is feminism these days and no right minded person and especially no right minded man should countenance it.
