People in this thread are coming forward with descriptions of being assaulted at ages as young as 4 and generally ranging around the lower teens. Male survivors are being accepted in this thread as well.

You can never justify the assault of a child. Regardless of gender. Never. What the author of this tweet is referencing is the gradual realization over time that one was groomed as a child into believing that being raped or molested was their fault, or that it was somehow consensual. Women in general might cry wolf a little too often, but it makes me sick to hear people blaming preteens for having been assaulted by an adult.
