Meat Marinade Recipe:
I'm going to give measurements by volume, so it can easily be scaled up or down to any level as needed. This is just meant to be a ball park starting point for you to adjust each to suit your own taste.
Base: Mix One part soy sauce, a third of that part Worcestershire sauce, then a third of that balsamic vinegar. In example, try 1Tbl soy, one tsp Worc., then 3/4tsp balsamic vinegar.
Adjust for taste. Add more vinegar for more bite, more soy for salt/umami, or more Worc if not sure, but think it needs something.
Flair: Of course then comes the garlic/onion whatever powders you want to give it this particular dish's spin. Cumin for Tex Mex, for example, or whatever dried herb mix of your choosing.
You might want to dilute with a little water, depending on how strong you want it. Soak virtually any meat in this, and it will be tasty.

A great source of Vitamin C is the bell pepper.
And the four minute soft boiled egg is a favorite of mine. But chicken, cooked overnight at 180 degrees F. in my gas oven, works great. By morning it is perfect. If you have a gas range, keep a window open.

As for edible oils, olive oil and grape seed oil will go with anything. They are fantastic on fish and beef. They are good with turkey & venison, as these meats are often dry.

Avoid soy sauce. It messes with mens hormones.

I guess that's one I'm just going to have to risk, b/c I love it, and don't know of an alternative. I know there's the fake stuff, but my uppity ass can tell the difference. I don't eat it daily, more like sushi one night a week, and I might put it on some beef or chicken another night.

Avoiding soy is easy when you learn to enjoy single ingredient foods.
Like pureeing an apple and putting the puree onto a pork chop (or roast pork).
Marinades are unnecessary and only serve to ruin the taste of what should already be tasty. At least where I live, meat already has flavour and doesn't need more to be worth eating.

Maybe everybody will see this, and do more. Maybe we all can/should make "MGTOW cooking" a regular thing, like jokes and shower thoughts:)
