I am currently at a top public university majoring in mathematics. (Think Umich, Berkeley)

I was talking to a girl for a while who was also admitted ahead of going to school. All of our texting was over snapchat. During the first month of school, she texts me after 11 pm, telling me that she is looking for some fun tonight. The rest of the messages I dont have saved, but she gave me her room number, and I went there.

When I got to her room, her room was locked, I let her know that I was there and she let me in. We then proceeded to makeout for a while and she took off some of her clothes. Then, she told me that I could touch her vagina. I then noticed how hairy her upper thighs and pubes were. She was also very unclean, and it smelled awful. Looking back, I gag. I then touched her for a bit down there before telling her that I'd be going. Gotta have some standards, right?

She then freaked out. She tried to pull me in. She violently cried. She told me this was not the first time that she had been rejected. I left.

The next morning, I got some angry messages from her. She asked me why I didnt say hi to her when I saw her, and if I was just going to ignore her. I told her to stop, because she made me very uncomfortable.

A month later, and she made a report to the school that I entered the room without her permission and took off her clothes to touch her while she told me no.

I have these messages as my evidence, but knowing how unfair some of these processes can be, I feel like I am losing a little hope. Anyone want to talk over PM? Could use a brother

BTW: I am currently midway through the process and have a lawyer. I also will not be contacting her at all, in any way
