I'm a law student, and in our first lecture of family law, the first thing our lecture asked was: " What is marriage?" The usual suck-ups defined it as the lifelong bond between a man and a woman, or the bond between a man and a woman to procreate, or a holy sacrament etc. Etc.

He replied: "You're all wrong. Marriage is simply a bad contract."

If you were a business, would you commit yourself to another business in perpetuity, regardless of whether or not that business is failing? Imagine being bound to deal with one business only forever, and no one else, irrespective of financial difficulties or lack of agreement or understanding. Then when you find out that business has been making deals under the table with other businesses, they take away all your customers and say that it's your fault for not being a Good business partner. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

A prenup might as well be a dirty napkin with writing on it once you get into the court. Prenups never stop courts for taking your money they are almost always violated by the court. There is really no point in getting one it will not do anything.

Pre-nups are essentially worthless, as they can be thrown out at the slightest changes, and when the majority of judges out there in family and divorce court have been indoctrinated by feminism, you're screwed.

Did she have her own lawyer present when she read and signed that prenup? No. Thrown out.
Was the prenup drawn up prior to a child between the two people being brought into the world? Yes. Well then the game has changed. Best interest of the child. Thrown out.
Was a sunset clause entered (basically a prenup expiration date)? No. Then this is unfair. Thrown out.
Did the woman "feel" as though she was under duress to sign this prenup (by the way, "duress" includes you as a man saying, "If you don't want to sign this, then I don't want to get married.")? Yes. Thrown out.
Were any assets of any kind left undocumented when that prenup was created? Yes. Thrown out.

The list goes on, but a good lawyer can tell you just how batshit nuts this is (assuming you've only paid for a consultation fee).

Don't worry when the tears start flowing and she describes what a rotten bastard you are to a male judge who thinks she could be his daughter. Or a female judge that sees a fellow "survivor". Along with the unable to prove Domestic Violence allegations. That pre-nup is going out the window. Along with your career, your children, half your assets and income and 25 years of your future income. Because she is going to make sure those kids stay in community college until they are 25 years old!
