I know weightloss is mostly about diet, but I applaud every single overweight person who takes even the smallest step towards a healthier self.

Today all a person might be able to do, is a small yoga session or take a 30min walk, but tomorrow that might be a 45min walk, and in a week they might feel like that daily habit of having a cheese burger is actually not that nice.

Change happens one step at a time. Weightloss might be 90% diet and 10% excercise, but it’s 100% taking responsibility for yourself and doing something.

Makes me wonder why they chose yoga. Maybe it's because basic yoga looks simple and they really don't have to do alot of effort.
