Aside from how anyone feels about feminism, it’s just economics. Men don’t want to stop working and women don’t want them to either. Women joined the workforce which made them less essential to the family unit and basically handed men the ball in the dating arena. That’s the great irony of feminism - it actually made women less powerful in every sphere except the workforce. And make no mistake, some women understand this. They’re rare, but they have rings on their fingers and babies on the way because they recognized where they fit into the market.
