When I was a kid in high school and college, women SOMETIMES got tipsy at parties. Now young women get blackout drunk. A lot. A lot more women are alcoholics.

Back then feminism was in its infancy. Women who hated men were known, but most people thought they were nuts. Nowadays, misandry among young women is the order of the day.

Back in 1977, the only woman who had more than 12 sexual partners by the time she was 30 was usually a hooker, seriously. Women were not nearly as promiscuous as they are now. A woman who slept around got ostracized by other women. Now they defend her.

Back them, you did not see guys expected to have flashy clothes, flashy cars, etc., even if they were rich. Modern young women expect that, expecting a guy to go into debt to lease a car that he does not actually own.

More women now than then are into hard drugs, especially opiates.

More women now than then have a huge amount of debt. Women these days seem a lot less financially responsible than they were in 1977.

You did not see tattooed women back then.

Women back then were not as future oriented as men in general. But the ones who were, who say, thought about where they would be when they hit 40, were much more common than today.

One improvement: Fewer women these days are smokers.

Modern Women are stuck with the terrible problem of having asked for equality , taken the shit that benefitted them ONLY, and want to give up exactly none of the entitled behaviors. it is fucking pathetic.

The importance of height.

In the nineties and early 2000's I used to have girls after me who were 6 inches taller than me. I'm 5'5" and my first fuck-buddy was 5'9" and one of my girlfriends was 5'11".

These days a woman can be 3 inches shorter and still be a bitch about my height.

It's all about their fucking social image. It's pathetic.

I'm in my 20s, but it seems like women nowadays are extremely quick to jump to claim "harassment" for everything.

I'm not talking real harassment like stalking, or groping, but things like manspreading or asking a coworker out on a date.

Or situations like this: a college student touches his girlfriend on her breast to try and initiate sex. She says stop, and he immediately does. Over a year later, he's charged with sexual assault

Instead of just saying "no" and moving on with their lives, it's now a trip to HR or the Title IX officer to file a complaint to completely ruin the man for inconveniencing her or making her feel mildly uncomfortable for a moment.

I prefer today's girls, they are less sneaky! Personally, as a men I can now see the plantation is and was never worth sacrificing my life happiness for girls. But going in bed with a girl once in a while, it is a beautiful pleasure a men can give himself. However not always the same girl. ;)

I have to agree with another post on the fact that smartphones have corroded everyone especially women. I remember when people were just getting email and dial up service. Getting a girl's email address was cool. I'd say that the ability to text message has greatly increased the ability to have secret relationships and instant/constant attention.

These are not my ideas originally but I think they are correct in helping to explain the psyche of girls today compared with yesterday.

In my day, married in 1981.

Boys and girls grew up with the simple expectation that they would get married. The Birds & the Bees sort of thing, only outliers would not get married.

Promiscuity reduce the value of women, as women were valued along their marriage worth.

So when a women would start dating she would do so with the mind set of finding Mr. Right...usually a fit for what she had to offer in the way of looks etc...

So a girl who was a 6 would end up with a guy that was between a 5-7.

Today, girls are not expected to get married but the are encouraged to experience life, and that experience would usually include several lovers...before settling down.

Actually, even if a girl met her Mr. Right when she was young, she most probably would not want to sacrifice her "experiences while she was young" by coupling up at a young age.

So, she comes to dating with the mindset of sex, not a husband or mate, by strictly the most or best sexual experience she can have.

Taking the same example, if a girl was a 6, she is now aiming for the 9's+ to want sex with as they are the Hot Chads/Alphas...

And that is why we have 80% of women chasing 20% of guys.

She will probably end up having sex with a Chad, and then after that she conflates sex with relationship, and thinks she is entitled to a Chad for a husband.

So, even if 7's and 8's approach her, she will NOT SETTLE on someone who would have otherwise been her superior mate in the previous generation.

Very messed up situation, in my opinion...many will be left alone as their fertility runway runs out...
