"Women like guys who act disinterested" has to be the most retarded, Cosmo-esque trope in the manosphere. The reality is that women like guys who are high value (attractive, high status). A guy who displays hard-to-fake signals of genetic quality will get female interest no matter what. Women couldn't be happier that ugly betas do their own thing and pay no attention to them. It only saves them the inconvenience of rejecting them. Likewise, they couldn't be happier when an alpha shows interest in them. If some high value men act aloof, that's only because they have a lot of options, but their aloofness is not what creates their value.

That's a valid concern if the guy can not satisfies his primal needs (and that includes but is limited to sex) for a completely satisfied person can not be seduced.

That guy was athletic and hard working, both of which are traits that women have evolved to look for. The fact that he is more competent at survivalism than 99% of people probably also triggers some deep response inside women.

I think it has less to do with any sort of Lone wolf type thing and more to do with how it makes him seem like an excellent provider and protector. He's the one the little cave women would have been fighting each other over. Hard working, good with his hands, fit, stoic, etc. Probably triggers a very primal instinctive attraction.

Surprise, surprise - women are attracted to men who have and show power: strength, intellect, knowledge, dexterity, money, good job, social status, discipline etc. etc. And the more powerful the man overall, the more the woman will do for him. In fact, she will crave being dominated by him.

The guy from primitive technology reeks of manly awesomeness - strong arms, agile hands, he does everything from scratch showing the knowledge, he is focused on the task.

I'm guessing that the "Lone Wolf" has a magnetic appeal for women because he is free and unchained and they want to be the one that "tames the beast" and makes him her slave. Same reason that they want to fuck Chad Thundercock and his Alpha male buddies really.

I don't think many women are capable of understanding the devotion a guy can give to a particular endeavour or the true pleasure you can get from working with your hands or your mind in pursuit of such.

Without reading all the comments, a guy doing really cool stuff on its own is not enough to attract women's interest. There must be something else. However, with one women writing a comment saying that she found him sexually attrative may have inspired others to follow. That would be "preselection".

It isn't just a physical check. If a guy demonstrates he has earning power in a skill or two he will pull women.

It's all in the perception of what a woman finds valuable and that is always material. Money, status, beauty, etc. Emotions are dead last.

Once you realize how pointless emotions are to women it starts to make a lot more sense. They exude emotion and give the impression that's what they care about but it isn't.

It reminds me of a child. In that a child is lured to the material world - candy, toys, flashy things, etc but hasn't quite grasped how important emotions are - beating up other kids, picking on smaller kids, etc.
