I just deleted all of my profiles.

It was a decent way to meet shy, socially awkward girls about 5+ years ago.

Now it's a desolate wasteland of post-wall entitlement, single mom demands, and girls trying to sell nudes.

I'm just gonna go through my life and live it, and if a good woman somehow does come my way, great. If not, oh well, I'll find something else to do with my time & money.

Did it for about a year, after almost every single chicks profile was nothing like they're real self I gave up, this was after about 20 dates....stay away if looking for something worthwhile

Even if you are rich, tall, and handsome, you will probably only get dates with crazy fatties. Well adjusted and halfway decent looking women don't need online dating. Wait through the lockdown and try to meet someone IRL, you will have better luck and better stock to choose from.

I've been on and off the dating sites since age 18. I'm now 30. Go figure.

It's hard to give you approximately 12 years worth of info but I'll sum it up. 99.9% of the women on those sites are one of the following:

1) Crazy psychopaths who couldn't land a normal date without the internet and hiding their true personality 2) liars - Using old slimmer photos of themselves 3) on there to bang Chad....a different Chad. Every week. Sometimes multiple times per week

I probably met 20 women over 10 years. Had a long term relationship with one of them which resulted in me going MGTOW.

I played the part of Chad. I banged a few. Single mothers looking for cash to help raise their kids. Whores. I've seen all there is to offer. I won't go into all the gory detail, but points 1, 2 and 3 above sum up the main sites.

As for paid sites. Ha. Ha. Hahahaha. They're even worse than the "free" ones. No one messages. No one meets up. And 70% of them are the same 1, 2 and 3 girls from the free sites.

I won't lie, I've got a profile on there in case I have the urge to hook-up, but never ever expect to find a relationship on there. My long term relationship from a dating app led to her cheating with Chad. Nuff said...

Depends on your expectations. If you expect quality connection and conversation, there are better ways to find it in real life if you're willing to get out of your comfort zone and put yourself out there. Online dating reduces people to products to be shopped for based on parameters (income, location, emotional availability, looks, etc) so it makes most natural ways we communicate as humans very awkward, forced, and inauthentic, which is most peoples experience with online dating. If all you need some brief sex/FWB relationships, then it may be worth it because no one expects those to last. Just be aware that the time you spend trying to set those up, you'll look back on it later in life and likely wish you spent less time trying to be the best sexual product for someone else.

I had a girl message me on OKC. Despite the obvious Myspace angle on her profile pic I decided "why not" and replied back and we went on a date

1) she was overweight 2) she was more than a little crazy 3) she had to "work things out" over the phone with another guy first

My advice? Stay tf away from OLD, the chicks that MAY be worth your time are getting hit up by 100s of guys a day.

You have to be willing to put some time and effort into it, handle rejection and you have to have some interpersonal game, but I’ve come up with some very impressive women. If you’re over 40, reasonably tall and can hold a conversation, there’s an endless conveyor belt of women out there.

Mentally unstable women who have been ragged by lots of lads. 95% of them claim to have been “abused by an ex” - go figure LOL. Also lots of single mothers.

I have used these dating apps since 18 and have fucked plenty but now I’m 26 I feel dirty and cringe to myself knowing I’m “competing” with 100 other lads for these girls attention or just to get into their pants. My views have definitely changed as time has passed, maybe it’s a growing up thing.

If you do decide to try it to get hookups go for the average looking girls (nothing below a 5) as they aren’t to difficult to score. I personally could never drop my standards lower than that even when I had weeks of dry spells but each to their own.

In relationship sites you will find girls with 3 children, girls unemployed, girls that use weed and take anti-depressants, very fat girls... that kind of thing. It won't help you because they can't nor it is their duty to do this. I think that you're actually looking for some fun, which is completely natural. Reserve some money, go to a brothel or hire a professional to do it. That will really make you feel better in the end.
