Risking or spending any money on women is simply not worth it. They have equality of opportunity, as much as they whine about a fake 'wage gap' it has been proven to be non-existent. BTW, that 40% of women as breadwinners includes "single mothers". You better believe these women are not in relationships with men who aren't pulling their weight. In fact, even if the guy makes less he's probably still spending most of his income on her and any kids than she is.
