It's not a matter of what hobbies other guys love... it's a matter of finding out what you can enjoy and be passionate about, or content doing.

And there's really no way for anyone else to answer that question; it could be anything from Aerobatics to Zymurgy, or maybe it's even BOTH of those (but best not to try to practice them at the same time) -- or any of the thousands of other things in between. (And if you're looking for ideas on those... try something like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_hobbies or someplace like /r/hobbies).

But you're going to have to figure that out on your own... and/or alongside your local friends; its really just not something someone else can choose for you (certainly not without asking lots of detailed questions about you).

Cooking is one of the easiest things to get into. Plus it arguably has a lot of benefits if you know how to do it well: 1) Increased health. You know what you're putting into your body. 2) Increased taste experience: Let's face it, most food these days heavily relies on taste enhancers such as MSG, that are not only unhealthy, but unnecessary if you know how to make your chicken taste great. 3) Creating something. I don't know about you, but I immensely enjoy creating stuff. Doesn't matter if it's with the map editor of some video game or a nice dish. I can see the fruits of my labor and that is just a very satisfying feeling. 4) Cooking can be somewhat "meditative". You focus on creating the dish, you stop thinking about meaningless shit all the time. Same with cleaning your flat/house imo. and the list goes on.

Try a meetup group for a hobby you may want to try.

People here/MGTOW will tell you to get hobbies to get away from loneliness. You can perhaps( maybe?) find a hobby that you are passionate about and make it last. But lot of people have hard time finding a lasting hobby. This is a big pitfall of MGTOW's and never gets enough attention.

It is more important to understand the idea loneliness itself. Attachment is the opposite of loneliness, the more you are attached to someone/something less lonely you are. Many married people are lonely despite having a family because they don't feel attached to their family. Using hobbies to escape loneliness is like covering up the wound without treating it. It will resurface as soon as you are bored with the hobby. So the real question is what exactly is loneliness and is it possible to end it for good.

Anyway, to answer your question.

I took a week off from work. And went to every single meetup in the area, I live in a big city so there is tons of them. I played underwater hockey, touch rugby, yoga, volleyball, soccer, jog around the lake. Learnt about IoT, cryptocurrencies, cana tech. Learnt to cook a african dish. Watched couple of Indie documentaries. ect.

I think that when your post red pill you realize that this life is for you and for whatever you want to do with it. You are no longer worrying about impressing women or about what anybody thinks. Your only concerns are on yourself and what you do with your time and energy. Nothing else really matters.

Most of my hobbies revolve around fitness. I swim, box, skate, and lift every week. I was once into lomo photography and iPhone photography but not so much anymore. I am thinking of trying to learn coding again seeing as I have more time now.
