There's a YouTuber that I follow. He primarily posts videos of games (CoD), however occasionally he goes philosophical.

I lost a ton of weight and gained back 20 pounds of muscle. I did it originally to be more attractive to women; I got a few decent looking chicks, but there were also chubby/average women that I knew were attracted to me (who also wouldn’t give me the time of day when I was fat) that I never pursued because fuck them, I work too hard and can do better.

It’s a lot harder when you get older. I have tendinitis, tend enosis, gout. Don’t know how those older guys do it.

It can not be brought, stolen, inherited. That is one of a delight that i like being good at some skill.

I am quite hateful when people values over inherited money and spoiled rich kids. Although I am trying to fix myself about this situation. Society is so fucked up.

Healthy body, healthy mind. That's the only genuine reason you need exercise and good food. The compliments are well, complimentary.

I've seen more than enough fellow men go down the path of shit diet and no exercise and fall right into a mental depression. When your body is upset your mind isn't going to be faring much better.
