Honestly, I do not mind female superheroes at all. Girls too should have something to aspire to. Problem is, the recent crop of them are all Mary Sues - power is just thrown at them without any hardship, sacrifice or character development. I'd say they can just snap their fingers to make problems go away, but even Thanos had to work for that power...

I'm worried about the message this is sending to young girls. "Society will just throw everything at you. Expect this, this is normal." Glorifying entitlement... This will make an entire generation of entitled princesses that no sane man will want to be with.

boys and men don't stand a chance on the plantation, it will only get worse.

the only option is to turn your back on the plantation, and walk away, never look back.

let it fail and collapse under its' own weight, rot, decay, weakness, then after the fall return to pillage and rebuild if you choose. The new dark age and return of hard patriarchy is inevitable.

Female protags are awesome if they are original & not blatantly copying men then replacing it with their own shitty watered down version.

Diana, Lara Croft, Natalia & Beatrix to name a few are very awesome protags who are female.

Large contrast from the recent Star Wars shitshow, Ocean disaster 11 + Failbusters 'remake', & 'cpt' marvel instead of having their own originals like the 3 above.

Hell Motoko from GiTS is still held in high regard even after decades for crying out loud.

There's even RWBY for western 'anime' where the main four girls are kicking the most ass and fits instead of the 'jnpr' who are just blatantly shoved in.

Seriously pathetic with how blind they are honestly.

I personally Find Alita from the recent movie to actually be a pretty good female protagonist. I believe thats who young girls should look up to.
