even if it is a brilliant troll, I kinda agree, the woman hasn't consented at all and you can even even get sent to jail for it(no joke).

I haven an idea, a man is forbidden to save the life of a woman if she haven't signed a consent note and a document approved by a judge to authorize the man to save the woman in question, so unless the man doesn't have the legal approval of a judge and a note alongside a document where it says that the man is authorized to save the woman in question the man cannot and is absolutely forbidden to save the woman, the man is to be sent to prison for 5 years with no parole for rape if he rescue the life of a woman without the documentation(immediate death penalty if the judge approves say yes), I shall call this law the "cassidy law" and if the name is taken then the "boon law", only women can save other women without a legal authorization, if the female in question is a minor then the parental figures had to sign and authorize the man to save the girl and then take the document to a judge in order to approve the action of saving the girl.

it would be completely hilarious and a worth shit show, that if you help a woman or girls without a legal authorization you would get your ass sent to jail, do you guys imagine the sheer outrage? and they cannot remove it since it would go against society itself, removing such bullshit law would mean that we are right and they rather double down than die, in the long run it would wipe out whiteknights and simps.
