Go to the gym, pick up a martial art, read, do something that you have been wanting to do for a while but didn't get a chance to do, take walks, clear your mind. Focus on you! You gotta do you because no one else knows yourself like you! Become in essence a better version of you. So that in 5 or 10 years, your ex-girlfriend or any one associated with her will see that you were and are worth it and they missed out on a good person.

Rule of thumb: Whenever you start thinking about calling her back, or otherwise re-entering the dating market... beat your dick, and then see if you still feel that way afterwards. Usually the answer is "no". Use that to remind yourself it's just your dick talking. You don't REALLY want her back, you're just horny.

If that doesn't work, then it gets a little harder. Some of us really miss the human contact, and jacking it doesn't cut it. If that's you, then I'd say give it time. It may simply take a while for you to re-orient your priorities, and for that hole in your life to heal. And if the hole doesn't heal, that's a sign you need to fill it with something. I recommend pursuing new hobbies or passions.

It's like trying to quit smoking. It gets easier over time, but whatever you do don't be like "I've done so well, I'll just have one..." because then all of a sudden you're hooked again.

Your biggest mistake is right in your own post. The words "loyal" and "girl" cannot be used in the same sentence that way.. especially right next to each other. Women have no loyalty... they have no moral compass like men do. A woman is incapable of feeling and idealizing a honorable trait like loyalty like a man can. A woman is ALWAYS only as loyal as the amount of money and attention you consistently feed her. And even then she strays.

As the saying goes, she was never yours, it was just your turn. You'll get through it and are lucky you weren't married. I caught my now ex-wife (13 years married, 15 together) texting her ex boyfriend with similar shit. My story is summarized in one of my recent posts if you check my history but I have to talk to her basically every because of my kids so consider yourself lucky and focus on yourself.

Take a trip. Going to Ireland this summer completely refocused my life and made me realize that while AWALT, American women are pure garbage compared to the ones I met on my travels. I'm going to Bali later this week with 3 male co-workers, 2 of which are pretty Red Pilled as well. Planning to tour during the day and party with tourists at night. Pump and dump only for obvious reasons and I have my Vasectomy scheduled for Halloween morning. Best of luck man and focus any anger or sadness into a workout or project.

Ghost her. And by that i mean absolutely 0 fucking contact ever again with her in this life. She is just a part of the matrix, she is just a lure, but you are you are unplugged now. Even the smallest form of any kind of contact is the biggest mistake any man does after a relationship. This will just trigger emotions again and will prolong the healing. Treat this like any drug addiction. Your body will tell you to contact her, but your cortex must overpower your brain stem EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's gonna be extremely hard in the beginning but as the time passes by it will become much easier. Ghosting is THE best and only move. Stop talking to her for fuck's sake.

I'll give you a small piece of advice, because the exact same thing happened to me multiple times over the course of my 10 year relationship.

You aren't sad because you feel like you're better than that or because you're not good enough. You're thinking that, but that's not the problem. You ARE better than that and you ARE good enough.

The real reason you're sad is because you thought SHE was better than that, but your judgment was wrong. She's not better than that, which makes you question your own judgment. Once you realize this, you can start the healing process.
