Few weeks ago I went to work (I work shifts so there is quite a few people I don't know at work yet, especially overnights), this time I got a shift with a girl I shall call J - although should be a B for Bitch.

Our shift started with a very cold "Hi" from her part and what followed surprised me to an absurd extent. She humiliated, emasculated and said awful things to me while I tried my best to ignore her, she followed by provoking me saying I was too jittery and anxious (I suffer from aspergers so I cannot control these behaviours) and my american accent does not fit into our job as this is the UK where people says mum instead of mom. I kept ignoring until the end of the shift. I wrote an email to our director who is also a female and told her everything about what happened and on the next day she called me to have a conversation and said that J was too afraid to be in the same room with me, when in fact I have not moved one inch away from my chair as I was really trying my best to ignore her. I told the director that I have aspergers and J was criticizing me for my little 'disability' but the director did not believe me and gave me a stern warning.

I few days ago I had to unofrtunately do another shift with J, but this time I recorded on my phone every single sentece that came out of her mouth and told the director that I had recordings of J verbally abusing me and the director told me to erase the recordings because J did not authorize me to record her and this configures as a crime. I am so enraged to think that I can't even work properly without having ridiculous women like that making my work 100 times more difficult than it is.

I am considering filing a lawsuit against them as I have proof of what my coworker have said to me and also the director siding with her, just not sure if that will solve the problem at all.
