Use that anger, if you are not working out start doing it, if you are already doing it, do it more.

I had the best workouts when I found out what a real shitty person a female housemate was, gym 4 times a week for 2 hour work outs.

Anger can either ruin you or lift you. Also everyone was bluepilled sometime in their life, do not blame yourself, make the best out of your new knowledge, when applied right that turns into power.

We've all been in the rage phase, it's normal. You need to accept that you couldn't know at the time and commit yourself to learn the red pill way and be comfortable by yourself do you don't make the same mistakes again. Forgive yourself mate, you'll naturally heal from all this shit.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night and think my world was crashing around me, it's very common for people under stress. I learned to handle my emotions by learning Stoicism.

Some of the great philosophers, geniuses and rulers of the past were proud Stoics.

Marcus Aurelius wrote a lot on it in his tent between battles!

Putting damaging people and relationships out of your life is one of the main principles, so most MGTOW's are part Stoics anyway.

I have been there, and I know how bad it hurts. No one else can really feel your pain, and no one in your life is really going to have sympathy for you. Not friends, not family. You have to go it alone.

I get how you feel. I have bouts of "It's such bullshit I have to take on life more or less alone", because it sucks sometimes. All the burdens, all the work, all the this and that. Sometimes, you just don't wanna deal with it.

But then I think about the alternative and most times that's enough to get me back on the path sooner than later. Just keep on keepin' on. It's all any of us can do.

Sounds maybe like 'red pill rage'. I hated going through that, (maybe I still am a little bit?), but now, for the most part, I'm not completely angry all the time. in fact, I think much of that anger has turned into laughter!!! I laugh now a heck of a lot more than I did before. Like, I mean, I try to care, but some men are so blinded and do such stupid things for women I can't help but laugh at them.

Look at the shit she did to you as a fire that burnt down your old house. The one with the leaky roof, and that crooked wall. The window that never sealed properly. The foundation of who you are is still there though.

You can rebuild it. Make it better. Stronger. The friends are one of two options in my mind. Either she killed your relationships with them by lying about you or offering to get in her pants. Those “friends” aren’t worth the name and good riddance. The other I can see is that you let good friendships lapse as she took more and more time up in your life.

Those guys may not be fully lost to you. But you need to make the effort to get in contact with them and see if those can be salvaged. You’d be surprised how forgiving some guys are as long as you are authentic with them and let them know you regret blowing them off.

Aside from that all I got is platitudes. And no one has any time for that bullshit.

So I’ll leave off with a whisky recommendation .
